It depends on how far your order has come in the delivery process. Contact us as soon as possible if you placed an order and want to cancel.

I have not received an order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will automatically be sent to the e-mail address specified in the checkout upon purchase.
If you have not received an order confirmation immediately after the order has been completed, this may be because the order has not been completed correctly or you have entered an incorrect email address.
Check if you have entered the correct email address, if you have accidentally entered an incorrect email address then you can contact us at customer service and we can adjust it afterwards.
Why has my order not been processed?
We bill exclusively via KLARNA BANK. After we receive your order, we will process your order manually. You thus does not come to a payment site or anything like that. No PayPal or credit card.

When will I receive my order ?
We always try to work as fast as we can. The delivery time is between 3-10 days depending on whether we have it in stock or not. Contact customer service before ordering (best via the contact page).
